It won 'Best Food Delivery Brand' at the Romanian Hospitality Awards 2026, for the second year running, and has 4.6 on Google from more than 1,300 reviews.
About the place
LBFC, short for Le Bab Fried Chicken, opened its first restaurant here on Piața Amzei in 2021; today it has five in Bucharest and one in Constanța. The team says it trained at Le Cordon Bleu and cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens in London and Copenhagen, among them City Social, Relæ and Ikoyi. The Amzei branch is small, has some tables outside and also does takeaway and delivery.
The menu is built around crispy chicken: strips, wings and chicken burgers with house-made sauces, from Szechuan hot honey and spicy Korean to buffalo and chipotle. There are also smash burgers made with Black Angus beef, crispy chicken-breast subs and vegetarian versions with crispy cauliflower. On Google, the fries, the fried chicken and the Korean burger are mentioned most, and one review warns that there can be a queue at weekends.
